Biography
LORE DUMP
**Nadine.**
Mate to Crypt, and a daemon similar to him. She is the Shadow of Death, taking charge of those who have been particularly nasty in their lives, overseeing their fitting deaths and subsequent journeys to Tartarus, or whatever Hell they may believe in. She also occasionally finds it enjoyable to aid The Ringmaster, providing souls to aid her endeavors. Nadine is quite chatty, spending plenty of time with Alexios, knowing that she will be the one to cause his demise.
Last but certainly not least, **The Ringmaster.**
No one knows who decided to send this daemon to the surface, or how she was able to arrive. She requires no food or rest, and is rarely seen off of her own island in the Moonseekers' complex. Her island is medium-sized, and completely covered by a blue and purple circus tent. Going inside of the tent, however, will reveal a space much larger than you see outside. It has a few rooms - an entry leading to a storage room for props on the left, the performer's quarters on the right, and straight ahead is the performance area, a giant circular room, filled with ribbons, beams, ropes, and candles. Quite the fire hazard, but don't worry, the only fires here are intentional... Or so they say.
A look into the performer's quarters will reveal that this is no normal circus - there are no bunks, but instead coffins. They do not open.
Nadine's quarters are directly across from the entrance and look very much like herself - covered in candles, flower petals, and silks.
And now, on to the circus itself. As I have said before, Nadine enjoys supplying The Ringmaster with souls, but I never mentioned what those souls are for. Now, perhaps you have figured it out. The Ringmaster's circus is no normal show, but a terrifying ordeal, consisting of souls and spirits forced to entertain. She discriminates not between damned dragons, mindless beastclan and abandoned familiars, using them all to put on a hellish display. It is quite beautiful on the outside, but looking closer, one will find that it is born of twisted ideals and tortured and exploited souls.
My copy/paste lied, The Ringmaster isn't the last, though she certainly isn't the least.
The actual last is **Wraithleader.**
The Ringmaster, as her title may suggest, leads her ill-gotten spirits while they are in the ring, her own personal hell. She does not, however, command them while they are out of it. That job is relegated to Wraithleader, who corrals the spirits and breaks them to his mate's will. He keeps them quiet and behaving, and disposes of the spirits that The Ringmaster has... Used. His charge is also the protection of the circus and, by extension, the Moonseekers themselves. It is quite a terrifying drake that can wield the powers of the departed, growing his army with every foe that is slain.
