Despite the bleakness and deadness of Edel, some fortunate wanderers and older villagers will know of the mysterious lord that prances around on Edel's holiday, Saturnalia. Raleigh, as soon as the moon is the highest, is rumored to bring good fortune to any that catch sight of him on Saturnalia. With a buck of his antlers and a tail flick of snow, Raleigh will grant the entire region of Edel with a day of festivity and joy; the snow might be less harsh and the sun might peek out of the usually pitch dark sky at this time. Even the most gruff and grumpy residents might amusedly huff after seeing the clear joy of other dragons.

Frigis might be the most cold of Edel's dragons, fittingly so as his title as the lord of the barren region. Raleigh makes sure to shower him with a little more festive cheer in the form of holly and herbs at his palaces' doorstep. At least his daughter appreciates the gestures.

Faded is one of the only dragons in Edel who seems to be more elusive than Raleigh. Raleigh has only talked to Faded once when the spirit desperately needed the help of lord; he couldn't say no.
