Nakaso is able to speak with the spirits of the Song and use the winds as if they were his eyes. He is able to locate just about anything with the incomprehensible power of the sky itself, and his mapmaking abilities are unrivaled within Kiran's Clan. Whispered rumors beyond the borders of his home paint Nakaso as some powerful, almost godlike dragon, but he's quite different in reality. He rarely ventures beyond the bamboo-fringed clearing in the center of Skyreach, and to top it off, he has a near-comical fear of the dark. Oftentimes, when Nakaso is asked to appear before other clans, he will send a replacement instead, fearing that the real thing would only disappoint curious dragons. His main choice is his younger brother Kamuy, who possesses a similarly unnerving appearance.

After being dragged down to the Mistral Jamboree fairgrounds, Nakaso entered the kite tournament and assembled a fairly simple diamond. He uses his primal energy to steer it through the sky, oftentimes guiding it through complicated trick sequences. The Fae may be shy, but his kitework sure is outgoing!
