Biography
Haruko was a beast of strength and size but she couldn’t even hurt a fly, because she was a healer. Although grumpy and moody at times she was quick when it came to helping someone in need. She would spend days and nights at a time in her flourishing herbal gardens and out in the woods gathering ingredients or tending to patients.
Her home was unusual for a Guardian breed but she lived underground, in an earthy cave on the side of an overgrown hill. Newcomers would often miss the entrance when seeking help because the vines and long grasses blocked the cave from visible view and stopped any prying eyes from peering in from a distance.
Haruko had a cauldron of immense size even for a dragon, perched upon a slightly elevated wood floor pedestal always filled with a murky water. Those in dire need of healing, like one who lost a limb or was on the verge of death, would be forced to lay in the murky waters that numbed the pain and soothed the suffering.
Haruko was no mediocre healer. Her practices were of the highest of demand and she traveled quite far in order to heal those in need. The Guardian’s kindness was boundless and even animals received her treatment since as she had knowledge on not only dragons but creatures of the woods as well as familiars. Her voice was on the deeper but feminine range and she was blunt and straight to the point with her words.
Haruko was also a bit of an alchemist because sometimes she needed a little magic to help things along whether it be mending a wound or growing plants. The dragoness would always appear when called, even if the flight took days at a time for even just a broken horn.
