Soul

Soul is the clan's resident artist, keeping history alongside Pariah and Omoikane but though paint and ink. However, Soul does not limit himself to just those means of art and practices sculpting, tapestry weaving, stone mosaics, and costume making for ceremonial dances— he is a dancer himself. Being such a creative individual, Seraphim and Pariah have made sure that he has plenty of space within the Lair for all his projects while Faberge manages the amount of treasure— and it's a lot— which goes into Soul's work. During the time when he is not transcribing history into images, Soul enjoys painting beautiful murals all over the Lair. It isn't uncommon to accidentally stumble over a paint can or two in the temple corridors!

Soul himself can be just as dramatic as his art. Often times his art reflects what he is feeling at that moment and he is a naturally expressive individual, making him very easy to read and interpret. When confronted by his emotions, he tends to let his feelings run wild and free— giving him the impression of a Drama King. Despite this, he's still on friendly or at least tolerable terms with the temple's other residents. Cherubim has actually become like a brother to him, and Soul often paints the sets and makes costumes for Cherubim's plays.

The blue Banescale has found a mate and love in "Mama", one of the newer members to the family and a nursery mother. After painting a mural in the nursery, Mama became strangely attached to Soul— quickly becoming inseparable from his side. Soul slowly simply accepted this, and chose to claim her as his. Because Mama can't seem to leave the nursery without becoming panicked, Soul has taken to turning the nursery into his own personal master project; though he still does plenty of work outside of the nursery.
