History Endeavor was born an only child to his parents in the domain of the Stormcatcher. He quickly grew into an upstanding young dragon, never letting his parents down in anything. It was here that he met Rei, the love of his life. She was gorgeous, and they had a nest together. But soon after the eggs hatched she left, leaving him behind with four hatchlings. Once Endeavor’s kids got older he decided he wanted to explore and become stronger, he wanted to be able to provide for them better. So, the five of them set off to wander Sornieth. Eventually stumbling upon the growing town of Aramore. Here Endeavor decided to stay and become a soldier, but his children dispersed to all corners of Sornieth. He grew to become the head of the town’s defense, and only then did he find Rei again. He was hurt, but he begged her to stay and she did. The two of them had many more nests over the years, and they were happy together. The peace wouldn’t last though, soon their whole world would come crashing down. One day their town was attacked by two Featherback Boars. There were only six dragons in the area that were trained to fight, as Endeavor had taken the rest to scout out some recourses. They managed to dispatch them, but not without loss of life. When Endeavor returned with a terrible leg injury he was also made aware that his beloved mate had died in the fight. Endeavor ended up resigning from his position, not only for his injured leg, but also his broken heart. He became cold and aggressive, no longer trusting dragons like he had before. Eventually Otis offered him a position on the council and he reluctantly took it. Now Endeavor is starting to heal and everyone is happy to see it. |
