A well meaning if easily manipulated dunce. He was brought to the Glitter Kingdom by Mariposa, mostly under the hope he would be given some chance in life. Becoming the first member of the Queen's Partisan Army was perhaps not what he would've thought as a good result.

Druxel impressed upon him as a young hatchling, her dedication to her costume and her kingdom's striking aesthetic appealing to his simple love for bright colors and complex patterns. His interest was not ignored either and the Glitter Queen would allow him closer if just to hear him gush at her newest design. Even in spite of being a tad too "boyish" to fit in with the rest of the aristocracy proper, his growing devotion could not be wasted and the Partisan Army was formed exactly for devoted gutter dwellers like him. He was even given the honor of being it's leading Sargent.

His position of relative power has surprisingly not eroded any of his prior good will. He is unerringly kind-hearted and almost sickly sweet in his affection for everyone in the Kingdom whether masked or gutter dwelling. He is ultimately still an extension of the great Queen's tyrannical claw but his untainted sense of duty to everyone leads him to helping maintain the kingdom in all ways to some extent.

He is a soldier by trade but a cook at heart, the Glitter Queen's influence rubbing off in his taste for sweeter dishes. He is unique however in his particular interest in food preservation, experimenting with all manner of salting, drying, smoking, and canning. He manages to impress sometimes in the quality of his fruit jams and pickled veggies. He also carries a slightly nastier habit than expected in drinking the results of distilling these sugar rich morsels occasionally.

He lives alone for the most part, occupying an odd position above all other gutter dwellers as Sargent and yet is still not a recognized member of the glittery aristocracy. The middle child of the whole kingdom, he finds his inability to fit into any particular niche with others somewhat troubling. The only friends he feels he truly has are in Druxel, Mariposa, and Gangrus.
