lore idea: naïve, likes reading. enjoys flowers, perhaps? well, why else would he be here... maybe he's kind of a tourist? he's gonna be at the Redwood, then? Light dragons are interested in history right? or is that more of an Earth dragon thing?

I ADDED THAT HAT, HE NOW NEEDS AN INSTRUMENT. what to choose... if he didnt have itty bitty arms, the brass cornet wouldnt be bad the lute doesnt look too bad on him, so go with that.
