Spinel glared hard at the retreating back of Isaac as he continued to walk away from her. Once out of sight she growled as out a curse before laying down.
This is the third time this week where she was placed in a segregated timeout for trying to charge at the C-Is on patrol. She couldn't help it, they were the enemy and she didn't understand why her and the others had to run and hide instead of banning together facing off against this threat! Sighing she didn't even hear Wrath walk into the room.
Lifting her eyes up to meet his she quickly huffed and turned away.
"Spinel,"
At his voice she still didn't raise her head to acknowledge him.
"You charged at the C-Is again, why?" The mirror asked, his ruby-red eyes piercing into her soul
She decided not to answer.
At this Wrath sighed. "You are a very smart Gaoler, Spinel--"
"I-Ichor" She cut off with a stutter, now looking up at him with a heated look. "I-I a-am a I-Ichor!" She rasped, with a snarl.
Wrath looked at her for a moment, slightly taken a back before tilting his head. "You are a Ichor and what you did almost put everyone here in danger. You, Romulus, Iva, Ymir all of them. Rodrigo and Isaac do everything to keep you all safe. You have warriors blood and it shows so much. You have the makings to be the next leader of your herd, they will need you for guidance and protection one day. Keep that in mind before making such reckless actions again, do you understand?"
This was the longest she has every heard him spoke and it invoked foreign feelings. She may only be a hatching but that never stopped him for ever holding back on his words. They will need her one day and to be there she needed to be more conscious of her decisions.
"I-I understand s-sir..."
