Their job is to Bond with Familiars; they really really look up to Fiona because 1) Familiar Bonding, 2) trans friggin rights!, and 3) huge nerd

PLAN:
All dragons in HD must have Awakened Familiars. In order to ensure this happens in a relatively timely manner (and also to get as much loot as quickly as possible), cycle through Fams with Hopper as much as possible and then return the Fam to their usual HD dergo.
