She has no issue with this - shes a sharp, down-to-business General that makes sure what needs to be done gets done. With her friends and family, though, she is a bit softer and allows herself simple pleasures. ╭━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╮
Early Years
╰━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━╯Born to a large, loving family in Aember Clan, Shania grew up surrounded by comfort. Taught by her clanmates to hunt, fight, and scavenge, Shania’s fiery nature and strong build gave her a penchant for battle. Still, she felt like something was lacking. As Aember grew, Shania only felt increasingly out of place -- she needed a challenge; a calling. And she found it in the form of Reve and Mirin. Reve, feeling trapped by the expectations of being the Foundress’ firstborn, was planning to travel with his mate, Mirin, to explore what Sornieth had to offer. His mother, however, required them to bring a warrior for protection and Shania was happy to provide. Together, the three traveled between the deities’ domains, discovering new plants, animals, foods, familiars, and even dragons. After several months of travel, the group was caught in a torrential downpour and fled to the first shelter they could find -- an inconspicuous cave carved into the earth under the Forum of the Obscured Crescent. To their utter surprise, they found two other dragons inside, protecting a nest of twin eggs -- Cadmium and Nocturne. When Mirin ended up laying her eggs in the Whelming Hollows, as they learned the lair was called, the cave system became their home as well. |

Entrusted with the clan's safety, she helps train dragons to fight whether it be in the Coliseum, on the battlefield, or in their own lair. There, leading the front lines and strategizing in the caves, she finally felt as if she had found a missing piece of herself. |

As more and more dragons joined Nocturne’s Clan, the three former Aembers ended up filling positions by the Lord and Lady’s sides. Shania took up position as the Clan's General and Head of Guard, and now protects it's members with her life.
Familial life was not something Shania ever expected to have - but when Nocturne and Cadmium's second nest bore a handsome flaxen Guardian as it's youngest, he brought it to her. Together they had three Guardian children, one of which stayed within the Whelming Hollows and the other two which traveled to allied clans during their Search.
