Lacimesa

favorite food(s):
Subterranean Clover Inky Baby

The author of many scripts featuring melancholic themes, Lacimesa spends much of her time holed away in her home creating tragic stories and writings otherwise depicting gloomy scenes. Even works that start off in a light manner may be twisted into a tragedy, completely unintentional by her.

Gloom tears often stream down her face, creating ink stains wherever she goes. Though they are temporary, it distresses her to leave such marks upon the world around her. As such, she wears a cover over her eyes to prevent this when she's out. (It's sheer enough to see through, so getting around isn't too difficult.) Some say that cover of hers used to be white...

Like her writings, Lacimesa has a grim outlook of the world. The flowers that bloom now will soon wilt, the sun shining brightly will become clouded, and even a pleasant memory will one day become bittersweet. She sees tragedy in everything, but also beauty. She's often found appreciating fleeting things, mumbling to herself how sad it is that one day it will be gone.

Her friends often worry about her depressive thoughts, as they are quite unhealthy. Instead of trying to change her ways (which would distress her that 'everything she touches is tarnished'), they present her with opportunities that are hard to twist into painful memories or sad narratives. The flower may wilt one day, but its plant will regrow year after year. This book's binding may one day break, and the pages tear, but this one is made of very durable material. Even small actions like these can get her to smile.

Lacimesa's stories are also highly praised as well written and very moving. She doesn't know how to accept praise, so it's advised that one is to quickly compliment her relentlessly, without letting her get a word in, and then either leaving or changing the subject; usually this will fluster her to the point of being unable to retort. Deep down, she is a sweet and caring dragon who has trouble expressing positive emotions.
