As the clan rarely has to deal with more than a few scratches or scrapes here and there she never really felt a need to improve her skills beyond a certain point. The mirrors in charge of hunting and fighting everyday never seemed to need to much care from her when they came back and compared to what they were doing the rest of the dragons in the clan had rather tame occupations.

Then Sunberry and the two Spiral siblings, Charin and Query, had an awful accident that ended with two dead and Sunberry's wings crippled. Humbled by the fact that even working with Historian and Eiddig they could not restore her wings nor had the knowledge to treat it effectively, Sunglare has redoubled her efforts in mastering her craft.
