Calhoun was bought from the Auction town and came to the Seltsame clan. He was amazed by how many dragons were flying around and how busy the clan was as he comes from a smaller clan.
Of course he started training after he got used to the clan and met everyone, like every dragon that comes through this clan. Xenia, Eldina, and Skeleton the three trainers saw a lot of potential while training Calhoun, which resulted in them training him to level 25. The Seltsame clan often trains and sells dragons, this helps with the clan getting more space and dragons go to good homes where they'll be used for things. The Seltsame clan has a lot of dragons, a lot of them don't have jobs so they just help out with random tasks.

"Calhoun!" Yen, the king of the clan, walked up to Calhoun. Calhoun turned around, carrying a basket of food in his mouth. He sat the basket down, "Yes, Yen?" Calhoun asked. "So, while you aren't going to be staying here you will be apprenticing Midas, the clan Blacksmith." Yen happily said while Midas walked up and nodded her head towards Yen "Yen," she turned to Calhoun and did the same "Calhoun. I hear you're going to be apprenticing me while you're here. I'll be happy to see you around and have a helper." she smiled. "Yeah! Yen just told me! I'm extremely happy and excited to begin my apprenticeship, I'm really interested in Blacksmithing!" Calhoun said, you could hear the excitement in his voice and see happiness in his eyes. Midas smiled and walked back to the blacksmithing den. Yen watched her walk away "Bye Midas!" he yelled as she walked away. Yen looked back at Calhoun, "I thought you'd be happy to apprentice her. Circe and I noticed how much you looked at the blacksmithing den and how'd you talk to Midas about blacksmithing." Yen excitedly said, he loved it when dragons had a job they loved. "Yeah! I can't wait to begin my apprenticeship!" Calhoun mumbled, almost too excited to say anything. He looked at the food then looked back at Yen, "I should go put these in the food pile. I'll see you around, Yen!" he picked the basket full of food up and continued to walk to the food pile.
