Hatched from an orphaned Water egg, Celina is the third dragon of the slowly reviving clan. Unlike most faes, she doesn't really like to speak in a monotone but instead prefers to use lilting tones to accompany and emphasize her frill movements. She is a gentle soul who always manages to see the good in everything and often partners with Zelin when they go gathering. She can be a little scatter-brained sometimes, and often misses the main point during conversations. Get over-excited all the time by the smallest of things.
Her Sight sometimes leads her to see major events, such as the wave. Most of these things come to her in dreams. Whereas most of the time, her ability comes to her in the form of intuition or a gut feeling, and she has no idea how to explain it other than the fact that she "just knows". Whenever she's free, she goes to bug Skylar about her dreams, for he has had more experience in such things than she does.
