Basilio

A descendant of Naomi who has been spending the past 100 or so years of her life trying to figure out what happened to her ancestor, and of course to master the arcane arts in general, she was one day in the Tangled Wood, searching for an important ingredient to a very useful potion, when she ran head first into another Fae dragon, he fell to the ground along with her, and as she opened her eyes she saw him over her, with a concerned look in his barely legible face, and he asked "Are you ok?" and she replied "Yes... I am, are you?" and after dusting themselves off, they eventually settled down into conversation, and ended up talking for several hours about all kinds of different topics, including their similar love for all things arcane~ Eventually after getting to thoroughly know each-other, they finally introduced themselves, and she learned that the other Fae's name was Lluminyl, and that he was the patriarch of a small clan of dragons, of an elemental alliance he would not disclose to her. She pressed on, and begged to know of his element, and finally he bent to her will, and told her what he truly was... Out of confusion she asked, "Then how do you use arcane magic? That isn't typically possible for any dragon of a separate element...", and he replied "I couldn't tell you how, all I know is that I studied the forbidden arcane arts of a legendary arcane magician, her name goes by Naomi the Gatekeeper, you've probably heard of her, she's pretty famous, especially with you Arcane types." Her knees got weak and she got pale, "Wait?! You know about Naomi?!" *she grabbed him by the shoulders, with a surprisingly emotional gleam in her eyes, especially for a Fae*, "Gah!" he said, trying to get her off him, she fell over and sat down near him, *there was awkward silence for a time* "I'm sorry for overreacting... but I think I want to join your clan, it would be nice to have someone else who's interested in arcane knowledge to talk to sometime!" she said in a sympathetic yet excited tone, "I'm surprised you don't already have one, but sure, it would probably be useful for my research to have an a dragon of Arcane blood around for my research anyways." he said "But you'll have to help around the lair." then she said "Of course I will, I wouldn't want to be a burden.." *she got up off the ground, and dusted herself off* "well what are we waiting for? You lead the way~". THE END. Basilio had decided right then and there that she would join this clan, in hopes of finding out more about her legendary ancestor, and possibly make some close friends, and even learn some new things about magic along the way, and has been with them ever since.
