Humbug is the Prince, and is set to be married to General Emerald soon. He's got a little bit of an entitlement issue, but Emerald will set him straight if she's annoyed with him. The two work very well together, and Humbug is being trained in secret by his parents to be the next King, as Toxicity is getting up there in years.
