Biography

Wisteria is like the Gordon Ramsey of dragons lol

Rumor has it that Wisteria was raised by a delicate clan of princess petal geckoes, whom taught him the subtle differences between the textures of leaves and insects - resulting in the advanced pallet that has brought him fame to this day. This is, of course, completely ridiculous. It was feathercroaks.

Wisteria looks like an older fellow who is kind, but very forward and rather blunt. He's got a healthy sense of humor, but sometimes it comes out of left field and creates an awkward atmosphere. Like a turtle-duck with water, any negativity just rolls off his back and he goes about his day as if everything were dandy. He may or may not give ambiguous advice, just to confuse the younger generations and watch them flounder. Small bit of a trickster in his old age.

Hidden in the depths of the Scarred Wasteland, was a old kingdom, constructed from the hands of ancients gaolers now long gone. Generations after generations took care of the hidden Palace, and it continously grew. Originally only made for goalers, after time when the banescales moved into the lands, they accepted some, as a sign of peace after a war imprinted into the books of history. From then on, it grew. They kept the old tradition of having a hierarchy, where roles and ranks were given, it was lead by a king and a queen, and both poor and rich inhabited the kingdom.

Wisteria hatched in mostly poor family, his father living off selling cheap cloths knitted together by his mother and offering services to fix clothing which has been ripped an such. The young goaler hatched alongside his two brothers. His parents were a lovely couple, even if they lacked money, they held lots of love for their youngsters. They always tried their best to earn enough pennies to put food onto the table to feed their three hatchlings, they always tried to bring them joy by buying them toys and such, and especially took the time to always make them feel happy, comfortable and most of all, loved. There were days where the youngsters wondered why they couldn't have what the others had, and the two adults tried explaining the situation without implying they were poor. May they didn't earn much, they were still happy with what they got, even if some days it was less than others.

Months passed by as they grew, the trio finally aloud to go out and explore the marker by themselves, without the supervision of his parents. Wisteria and his two brothers were close, they all held a good relationship, even if some days arguments broke out, they always forgave and went back to playing together. A sunny day came along, where the three boys went out in excitement as they heard the streets buzzed with life, and from then on, they started their adventures through the twists and turns of the market. The market was a mixed of many stores, some selling food, some selling products, some selling ingredients and some selling clothing. Merchants yelled and dinged to gain the attention of passer-bys, advertising the item they were selling for either a fair or overpriced price. It was a whole clatter of noise, and it just brought even more excitement of the goalers. They explored every crevice they could, talked to many and were having the time of their life, exploring the outside world without the supervision of their parents leering on them.

A breeze fluttered through the area, bringing along with it a delicate and delightful smell, which made Wisteria stop in his tracks. He kept sniffing the air, as his brothers were confused from his sudden halt, he brushed them off and told them to continue without him. They'd agreed that they'd meet back at home, and so the two went off leaving Wisteria to his own business. The goaler tracked down where the smell was coming from, and he found himself in the bourgeoisie part of the market, where the dragons here were much more well dressed and had more money. He didn't care that he looked poorer than the others, he giddily continued to follow the smell, which got stronger at every step he took. When he finally found where the smell was immiting from, he was fascinated.

A huge stand stood in front of it, inside of were some chefs, cooking away delicious meals for residents to buy. He was fascinated by their movement, and especially by what they were doing. They cooked flawless and in clock-work fashion, not missing a beat when it came to their food. When it was finished, it looked like the most delicious thing he'd ever seen. He had never seen cooking in action, so it was a fascinating experience for the little goaler to see it with his own eyes. He didn't know how long he stayed there, but he just watched them cook with passion. It was not until his brothers came to get him that he'd realise how long he'd been there, staring mindlessly at the cooks. Wisteria, with excitement, showed them what he was looking at, but they seem to have no interest and were confused as to where the excitement for the cooking came from. With a sigh of sadness, the three went home and told the adventure to their parents.

Weeks passed by, and daily he'd go and watch. Some days Wisteria even tried to copy what they did, with rocks, plants and such he could find to pretend cook as they did. The chefs soon started to acknowledge his existence, and greeted him when he came. It always brought him great joy when he was noticed. When he grew the confidence to do so, he started talking to them and asking questions when they weren't working, what were they and how'd they cook in such fashion. The chefs would always awnser his questions, and he was always eager to listen! He never knew cooking was a job, so when he discovered what a chef was, he set himself and decided that he'd become a chef. Even more weeks flew past, he'd get better at cooking and such with what he could, and even started showing it to the chefs where they admired it with impression. He became well-known in the cooking sector, and one day, the group of cooks decided that they'd teach him how to cook, and so they did. Every day he came, they started teaching him how to cook, and were extremly susprised at how quick of a learner he was, and how good he was. It was the joy of his day when they took the time to learn him how to cook for completely nothing, and it brought them joy too.

Wisteria's parents were curious as to where he went off to for so many hours during the day, and excitedly he told them everything, about the chefs, how'd they'd teach him how to cook and how passionate he was to become one. For an instant, both parents looked displeased, but quickly faked happiness for him and expressed their pride. They didn't agree with him becoming a chef, they wanted him to continue his father's legacy, to marry a woman and continue making this shop work. They never told him though, as he was just a child and they brushed it off as childish dreams.

Years flew past, Wisteria's talent in food was always top tier and he got much better. People would flock to the stand for his food as it was so delicious, and he even started helping out new chefs who joined the stand. He was still intent on becoming a chef, whilst his brothers wanted to become one a doctor and the other a Knight, a protector of the kingdom. The parents supported the decisions of their two others sons, as they knew that those were high paying jobs and would give them money, but didn't agree with Wisteria's dream, as the believed chefs were simply useless and didn't earn much money. Instead they wanted him to continue the legacy of this stand after their death, and so, the father with no ounce of love, stated that to Wisteria. He became stricter and more frustrated the more Wisteria ignored him, and came the day he snapped and out broke pls argument in between the two, about futures and such. The father yelled that he wouldn't be theirs anymore if he became a chef, and his awnser was "so be it." Im spite of pure anger, the father told him to pack up his stuff and to get out. He was nothing but a stranger to him, not his son and was not welcomed in this family or household anymore.

The words shot him in the chest like a harpoon, but kept it all in. He packed his stuff, said goodbye to his two dearest brothers, and left with the burning expression of hatred on his mother's and father's face. Wisteria went off to his comfort, where the chefs stand stood. Only then he broke down, and explained everything to his fellow chefs. Each were disgusted by the words from the Father and told him that he was entirely wrong, they gave him support and he soon cheered up at all their words. One of the cooks, named Magnus, offered him a room in her house to live in. He accepted and thanked them all profusely, to the point of cooking them each a mouth watering meal as a thank you.

Wisteria earned all his money from the stand, his food was out of this word and dragons were speechless when eating his delicious meals. He became to one of the best chefs in the whole entire kingdom, and came the day where the leaders of the kingdom were looking for a new chef, all the chefs and many others highly suggested Wisteria. The king and the Queen were to taste the food of the goaler to see if he was fit for the job or not, and when they tried his food, they found him perfect for the job. He was offered his own room and kitchen in the Palace, and he accepted with gratitude.

Wisteria became the main cook in the Palace, cooking not only for the Royal family but also for the others. He got plenty of money from doing the job and got a name for himself. He also started helping out others youngsters who dreamed to be a chef and gave tips and helped other chefs with constructive critism with his own experience. He ended up making a huge meal for the chefs who helped his accomplish his dream. He always took his work seriously and tried his best to make delicious meals,l without any prejudge, no matter how poor or rich, he'd still try his best.

He meet his two brothers again and they expressed their pride and happiness for him. One of them became a healer, whilst the other decided to continue his father's lagacy alongside his new wife. Each were happy with their own lives.

Wisteria made a name for himself, through the art and comfort of cooking.
