Butcher
You could say he is one with his work.

Lepra is not the fittest dragon of the Clan and sometimes is spread widely through the lair, but as a butcher he, so far is unmatched. Whatever meat is brought to him is turned into the best it can provide. Though he asks that parts of him that have fallen into the meat are brought back to him.

Hatchlings should be kept from this dragon in their younger years as his mouth is as foul as the stench he emits on a hot day.
