Biography

a kindly and wise old man, in his equivalent of mid-60's, who's word is highly revered among Blusterdin's officials. He serves as the consultant for any decision to come to the city, and he takes his job quite seriously, despite all his advice being told in vague riddles. though he is sweet and forgiving, it is known he serves no mercy to fools.
He and his wife Basin drove out The Tyrant from the city in their time, and though they are both long retired and leaving the heroics to the youth, The Tyrant does not sleep. Sunspot knows and fears this. He has already been blinded by the festering, spreading burns of her last visit.
