❝ the floor is raising, the sky is falling ┄┄┄┄┄ ❞ xxxxxthe rougher and brasher of the njörd sisters. runa doesn't like to be like anyone else. she is wholeheartedly herself, and never takes anyone else's opinions into consideration. she's not a traveller like her sister, but she is a hunter. runa moves quickly with the wind and strikes like she'll see no tomorrow. she has a fighting spirit, but being so headstrong has its downsides. runa will never give up, and that is her downfall. she takes pride in her bloodline, including descendants of the njörd family line. she knows that she will never continue it herself, but is glad to find the same fire in the great-niece she has never met, and will never meet. xxxxxthe njörds, unlike the olsens, were not travellers. they were seers, which were common dwellers of vanaheim. as mentioned, runa never took to travelling as her sister did. she, like the rest of her family see flashes of colour before their eyes in moments they least expect, with vague outlines of people and voices saying words she can hardly ever make out. runa can see the future, but they are the futures of people around her. she doesn't use this skill for much— it's not very useful for the hunt. she keeps many of her tellings to herself, already comforted by the fact that the njörd bloodline continues on, even without her. |
