Biography
Greihold has helpfully provided some rough outlines of each religion and how they choose to worship:
Ice (Eira)- Dragons who worship the ice deity often sing their praises, in different melodic tunes with long, flowing melodies that all sound eerily similar. While like those who worship the lightning deity, these dragons don't form large clans of like minded dragons, instead, they travel and then settle down as individualized families. One of the most unique parts of the religion is the fact that these dragons are encouraged to go and mate with dragons who do not share their religion. These dragons rejoice during winter, as all important events occur during winter in their religion, and it is said that their luck improves during those frosty months as well.
Eira is frosty, inside and out. Her snappy, bossy demeanor doesn't earn her any brownie points, though it has its moments. She's calm and collected, until you put her in a room with Embers. These two fight like wolves, over things as trivial as who gets to sit where to things as big as religions and deities. Something between them just doesn't click, and Yoki has been sent in to break them apart more times than the others can count.
Eira can be a bit snobby, and she's prideful to a fault, and it's once in a blue moon that you'll hear an apology from her. However, the moment she truly does someone wrong in a way that can't be fixed, she fesses up immediately, and her care for her work is truly unparalleled. Deep down (really really deep down) she does want to help the clan.
She pretended she was reluctant to join the clan when given the offer to mask her excitement over the thought of the different dragons that she would encounter and being able to make her own way in the world, a rite of passage of sorts for her religion.
