Naomi Bloodine

Being a 5th generation descendant of Naomi, watcher of the exalted, Devon takes on in the family business and guides the exalted to their elemental deities. She has the ability to travel between both realms and communicate with exalted dragons. Some dragons seek her out to connect with friends and relatives, Seeing this as against the natural order she refuses. It is rumored that she will still carry letters to the exalted if given a great enough cause.

Devon spends her days largely in her lair atop the high mountains of Sornieth. In there she collect and hoards various poisons, plants and bones. She does not like to be interrupted from her work. Her lair glimmers with thousands of class shards and broken bottles hanging from the top of her cave. Any dragon who enters will see how the glass shines like the night sky and remains ever-changing as the winds blows and turns the shards. It's a collection years in the making.

Ignis Bloodine

Devon is great great grandchild to the renown demon, Ignis. Demon blood makes her a changling of sorts. At will she can change her genes and colors, but only being partially demon it is hard to alter other physical aspects like mimicking others species and changing size.

Being demon, Devon can visit the underworld for short periods of time. Spending too long down there while she is still living slowely deteriorates her mortal form. Like staying in the sun for too long it can become cancerous and alter her physical and mental state, twisting her beyond her capabilites. Of course, non-demons would find themselves transformed instantaneously. Demon blood simply offers an immunity.

Dragons who die while serving their deity end up in the underworld or soul realm. Souls flock to her in the form of fireflies. They are harmless and often the souls of dragons she once knew. They can guide her through the vast expanse of their realm, much like how wisps guide the living. While some demons find the fireflies annoying or inconvenient, Devon finds them comforting. A reminder that she is not alone.
