Physique:
A male Gaoler of of exceptionally small stature, yet an exquisitely handsome face. His bright green eyes seem to briefly focus on various things around himself, smoothly transitioning from one object to the next. In essence, he appears to be the definition of "no thoughts, head empty." He smells like gardenias and sweet dew.

- Chatting with new friends
- Writing new music

- Inconvenient tasks (any task, basically)
Lore:
Perceval met Chlorideus one day after he was crowned king. It was on a brief excursion to neighboring territories, and Perceval was singing some classics at a rather packed bar (or whatever the dragon equivalent is!) and the king was sold. He employed Percy on the spot and to this day they remain on decent terms; Perceval writes and performs beautiful music, Chlorideus applauds him thoroughly each time.

Or at least, he thinks they're on decent terms. Right when Percy finally noticed that Leyana was giving him some special attention, Naoki arrived in the kingdom. She was lovely. So lovely, Percy is considering writing a song about her.
