Tylwyll

The daughter of two rogue Galoers who made their living as pirates, one disguising themselves as a sea serpent and the other so thoroughly decorated with stolen gold it seemed to melt into their fur. Tylwyll joined FairyTale, a gifted Oracle, in fleeing from the Sea of a Thousand Currents after her family's boat was torn asunder by the harsh storms that signaled the Bounty of the Elements. Though the two clashed often in their early days of traveling together, they soon bonded over trading stories with one another. Tylwyll recounted stories of her family's fiercest battles, while Fairytale shared legends passed down among seer clans.

When FairyTale decided to seek out the scholars of Arcane in hopes of finding out what happened to the Tidelord, Tylwyll decided to join them as an apprentice, learning the ways of an Oracle. Considering the nature of Tylwyll's family, it's likely that her decision to become an apprentice Oracle is her own form of teenage rebellion.

Due to her upbringing, Tylwyll has very few scruples about theft and solving problems with violence. In her words, it's only a crime if you get caught.
