Biography

add apparel Current Caller Raiment from Elemental festival shop Wavecrest Saturnalia
A dragon of the Sea of A Thousand Currents must be able to swim well. And from the moment he hatched Levoy was an excellent swimmer. He dove and spun and soared beneath the water, ablue to hold his breath for much longer then most hatchlings, but still disappointed each time he had to surface for a breath. He spent his early days chasing fish and playing in Fishspine Reef. One day his parents led him and his siblings across a slightly more dangerous territory. Levoy held up the rear, since he's the strongest swimmer. As they traveled he got just a bit too far from the aligned space to swim, and found his legs, then tail, then whole body, being sucked away with the current, away from his family; caught by the undertow, he struggled to break free. His parents told him he had to be strong enough to break from the current on his own in order to be a Proper Water element dragon; he reached out to them pleading, trying to break the current, but could not and was washed away. If he wasn't so good at holding his breath he would've drowned as the current tossed him around, against the corals and rocks cutting into his skin, lost in an ocean of blue water and red blood. He was tossed onto some corals close to shore eventually and was able to drag himself close to shore. He was fished out of the water the rest of the way by Leon, who used magic to remove the water from his lungs, and built a fire to warm him. Levoy had never seen fire before, and always remembers it first and foremost in that context, as something soft and reassuring, something comforting. Levoy has never returned to the water since.
