Cepheus

Cepheus was born in ancient lair near The Observatory in the Starfall Isles. He was hatched by the lead Astronomer and spent time learning by observing those around him. He didn't tend to stray too far from the clan, choosing instead to badger the astronomers and spend his time stargazing.

Once he was older, he ventured off on his own to study in the libraries of the Light Flight. While there he met Cassiopeia, who was there to deliver goods for her clan. Having no real reason to return to the Starfall Isles and feeling he would never find all there was to learn from the scholars of Light, he returned to the Splendid Scrolls with his mate.

There he joined her on her journey to become a diplomat, taking on duties for the clan leaders and advising when able. Eventually he was sent on his first diplomatic mission to a local wood where he would meet with a harpy for negotiations (the clan was considering using one of the more friendly ones for their courier services).

Having proved himself calm in the face of stressful negotiations and knowledgeable enough on diplomacy, he was made a formal ambassador for the clan. He is mostly useful when dealing with Arcane clans and specializes in the negotiations for the trade of research materials.

Cepheus is ultimately very calm and collected, though he's known to have a grumpy streak when he doesn't get enough sleep. He enjoys alone time, choosing to go stargazing when he can get away. Due to his upbringing, he's known to be slightly arrogant and blunt when it comes to his daily life. He's used to having things when he wants them.
