______ Peony looked at the mirror standing before her. She was just told that "Blood Bath" was her new royal guard, however the dragon that introduced them said the name in such a snarky manner she believed that something was amiss. As soon as they were alone she took a full look at the dragon before her. His stance was definitely that of a royal guard however his weapon of choice was not the ideal one she would have chosen. It seemed large and unwieldy, especially in close combat, so he must be an exceptional weapon master. "Mr. Bath," she started to say. He held up a talon to stop her, "Actually My Lady it is Mr. Blood. Thaddeus Blood. I received my training at the military school in Bath."

______ Peony reassess the mirror before her. She knew that at the Observatory only the best guards from Bath protected the upper levels. She was quietly pleased that this warrior clan would go to great lengths to protect and encourage her research into the healing arts using crystals! An actual warrior from Bath! And with a surname of Blood he must be from the famous family that made the breakthrough on the wormwood strand! This was an unexpected and heartening boost to her moral. She knew that this new clan believed she could do great things!
