Brought into the clan as a member of a shadow envoy party, Chrysalis met and fell in love with his mate Opal through their shared occupation as alchemists. His immediate bond with Opal cemented his loyalty to the clan.

With his laidback and friendly demeanor, he also made fast friends with several other alchemists and archivists. Easily able to light up a room, Chrysalis is a treasured member of the alchemist division and is generally well-liked among the clan.

Chrysalis and Opal have one daughter, Starshine, who is very loved.

He originally left shadow territory as a young dragon because he desperately wanted to travel the world. By chance, he ended up in wind territory and while he never expected his story to turn out this way, he couldn't be happier and wouldn't change it for the world.
