NOTES: Notice to have a semi functional connection to the base wavelength, assimilated improperly, still retains scrapes of old personality, however seems to be loyal to all ends to IMPACT.

Log 1: We noticed a bright white among the darkness of the hives nest, a oddity to almost any hivemind, a defective privateer hijacker renamed to RESIDUUM who clothes themselves in black. At first it was suspected that this was to trick the hive, however after a interview with RESIDUUM that was not the case at all. RESIDUUM falls under the category of a drone who was not properly assimilated and chased away from their old hive. The improper assimilation cause him to retain certain traits of original personality which caused him great anxiety. Anxiety that is only quelled by that black objects that he wears. He desires only one thing. The black carapace of a true drone. No other drone seems to be bothered by his white carapace however. He is well reversed in multiple languages and is used to help communicate with dragons. Though he admitted to actually somewhat enjoy small conversations. IMPACT saw potential somewhere in this anxious dragon and accepted him into the hive.

Since most drones do not remember what they look like before the transformation it came as quite a surprise that RESIDUUM remembered.
