-Looks like a kid, but is actually an adult
-call her Cia (pronounced "see-a"). if u call her by her full name she WILL bite u
-always looks like she's in a sour mood. always has a "meh" face
-Tribe treasurer! good at math, also handles tribe inventory
-pessimistic
-VERY mature. not the best backup adviser at all (due to her pessimistic nature) but if u ever need a dragon to look at the bad side of things, Cia's ur girl
-doesn't like chronos. can't put her claw on why, but just doesn't trust him for some reason. keeps this to herself tho
-Strong flyer for her size. has no problems at all with the strong winds of the plateau
-often bothered by Lux and Slythe. they're like. "play with us" but she always says that she has to work
-knows that Musa means well, but still has a dislike for the gaoler
-no one knows why she's eternally youthful. she will get mad and upset if u ask
-surprisingly good friends with Nefarian. they hang together a lot
-he also serves as a type of bodyguard for her. she can fly, but she's not a strong fighter. she also has access to a lot of money so Nefarian watches over her
-HATES umber. with a passion. the coatl's vain personality pisses her off to no ends
-very, very loyal to the tribe and everyone in it. that includes dragons she dislikes, such as umber and chronos. she will protect them for the sake of the tribe if she has to, but she won't like it
-treats everyone the same. doesn't matter if it's beta or lux or gumdrop or umber, she'll be exasperated all the same
-not the most popular dragon in the tribe, but very respected
-hates her permababy condition. wishes she was stronger so she doesn't have to be protected
-always has to work her butt off to be respected, tho. tired of being called a kid. its a reason why she's so pessimistic
-clever. both street-smart and book-smart
