Biography

Cecil is a jeweler, though he is highly skilled his obsession with perfection and beauty has gotten out of hand. He's developed a distaste for anything or anyone who does not meet his high standards which in turn creates a distaste for him. He has a particular hate for the trader Murgo from who he purchases gems from and sells his finished products, he sees the trader as nothing more than a disgusting con man while Murgo simply has no patience for Cecils snobbery.
