Revali

With handsome, delicate features and a soft voice, many dragons find themselves charmed by the princely Revali. He speaks politely and respectfully, and when not speaking, he seems to be deep in thought.

Spend long enough around him, however, and you'll realize he's a bit of an airhead.

He quickly forgets things after they're said, leading to people explaining things a few times over before they stick... Only for him to have forgotten again by the next time they meet. It's not his fault, there's just so much to focus on and it's so hard to keep track of everything, especially when his own imagination is so interesting. Revali does his best to write down important things in his journal, but... Oh dear, he seems to have lost it again... Hopefully someone will find it and return it to him. He's lucky that the other council members are willing to fill him in on forgotten topics, and luckier still that some people think his forgetfulness just adds to his charm.
