Subject: Harper

Better known as Hyper among her acquitances, she is a cunning and skilled merchant. She comes from the subordinated Shadow clan, too, but seems to have settled down quite nicely in the city, once she's been assured her previous clanmates were safe and unharmed.

She is allowed to run her merchant shop with various junk items, because this activity is considered harmless. It can actually be helpful to the HQ time to time. She remains in contact with the Trading Post and assists at arranging trades there. She is particularly useful in keeping track of the materials demanded by the individual known as Swipp and his/her assistants.

SIDE NOTE

If she needs to be encouraged to cooperates, one may do so easilly by bribing her with golden trinkets.

She seems to have found herself a companion - a particularly big Black Wolf. There has not been any problems thus far, but caution is advised, when the animal is around.
