Scars on his hosts body are from the ancient times - he obtained them during the war, which nowadays nobody remembers. He currently protects forest that grows around the city. Silvan respects him and trusts his intuition, so Fox has full control over this part of the land.
Rest of his story is unknown and he believes current events are more important than anything that happend to his old incarnations.
