Hatched the day after I lost my cat, and kept both as a comfort dragon and as a reminder of the positives. A reminder of all the good memories I shared with her.

- You're worth it and you deserve happiness
- You're not a bad person
- It's okay to be emotional. You don't need to hide your emotions and feelings
- It's okay to feel down, it's okay to be sad. It's okay to not be okay.
- Remember all the good in your life, even if it's hard sometimes. Try not to focus on all the bad. There's always a light hidden within the darkness
- People truly care about you
- Don't compare yourself to others. You're not them, you are YOU. Everybody progresses differently, it doesn't make you worse than someone else
- The road to happiness is a rough one, with many hills and mountains. It's okay to get stuck, it's okay to fall and get lost. It's not easy and it's not a straight path. Those ups and downs are part of the journey. What matters is you're trying.
- You don't need to apologize for being happy or getting excited over something
- Hold onto anything that makes you happy, even if it seems stupid. Don't let anyone take that away from you.
- It's okay if you didn't accomplish anything today. Don't feel guilty for taking a break and not being productive.
- It's okay to be attached to silly things. If they bring you happiness and comfort, that's what matters. If you want to hoard plushies because they make you happy, do it!
- It's okay to take your time. It's okay if you work slower than others.
- It's okay to put yourself first. It's okay to take a break from something that's stressing you out or upsetting you. It doesn't make you selfish or weak
