Egretta has been a resident of Owl Wood since August 4, 2015

Known as Mikasa before her arrival in OwlWood, Egretta took a new name that honors one of nature's most graceful birds, the Snowy Egret (Egretta thula).

Like the egret, she spends a lot of time at the water's edge, usually at the beach where she soon became friendly with Pisaster. The two of them are often found together, poking around in the sand for the prettiest shells.
