Biography

Wicked(?) Wisp
”. . .”

Fury, also known as Wraith, is some sort of spirit disguising themselves as a fae. They commonly take the form of a Shatterbone Vulture as well as the fae form imaged above (though they sometimes forget to create arms for it, or maybe they don’t want arms, who knows), but appear to have the ability to create much more extravagant illusions and are capable of perhaps infinite forms. Fury can speak is a whispery, hushed voice, but prefers to watch in silence, undetected. No one in the UU is sure why they joined; whether because the SC wronged them, or because they pity those in the UU, or even an ulterior motive such as research or something grim. They aid in some menial tasks (and take a share of food portions, even though everyone’s not sure what they’re doing with it since they’re certainly not eating it) so the others let them stay around. After all, it’d be hypocritical to deny someone to join when the UU’s entire existence is due to some of them not being able to remain in the SC.

Fury has no true element. They’ve been around since the dawn of the first Deities, witnessed the grand battles between the god siblings, seen nations of Sornieth rise and fall. They saw the extinction of Banescales, the appearance, defeat, and reappearance of the Shade, the catastrophic effects of the Bounty of Elements, you name it. After all this time their motives and goals are unknown, and everyone can only hope they have peaceful intent. They never intervened in the world-breaking wars or the fight to save it, so perhaps they only wish to watch everything play out.

Fury acts as a teacher of sorts for the UU, since many of them would lack an education otherwise. They have kept their identity a secret and only give basic summaries of the important history, like the average history class would. Probably.
