______ Sekhmet's history is steeped in vagueness, but her present is constantly concerned with a ceaseless running of the clan. There is always something to mediate and consider or investigate and mitigate - there is no rest for the one that is at the tip of it all. Sekhmet's leadership is not absolute: she is no queen or monarch figurehead. Her position is 'crowned' by honour and trust, and she does not forget it.

______ Sekhmet is an adept warrior and has much experience in war, but her sometimes violent thirst for justice is thoroughly tempered by an innate sense of mercy and an understanding of the value of peace. She is not only very skilled in battle, but also a practised diplomat and problem-solver. In other words, Sekhmet is sure of her abilities but humble in her actions, and this reflects in her leadership. She is also not alone in her position - Worrel and Hyacintho assist tirelessly in clan duty, and the clan itself is rather well-versed in self management.
