______ It is a common theme around the school to be wary of the most well-known Plague element staff on the roster. Delana is another well-known nurse as Autumnleaf is, though her reputation comes far in a far different light. A softspoken dragon who goes about her work with gentle care and is rarely social, Delana's style of treatment is described by many to be "highly experimental" and very rarely follow the protocol of past treatments with known success rates. With the help of the top Plague professor Myrkul does Delana craft new tonics and herbal remedies to treat various ailments. Contrary to the initial beliefs of many, there is a high success rate in Delana's treatments, but when things do not work out, they really do not work out. It is from here Autumnleaf takes quick control of the situation or a patient ma be outsourced to a clan with reputable doctors. Delana simply views these instances as "learning experience", vowing to make sure her next solution works out even better.

It is unethical, but the headmistress allows it because the benefits of Delana's treatment has so far outweighed the consequences. Other members of the staff have held various meetings on the matter and if the headmistress's judgement is to be challenged, but so far there has only been one serious case they can bring up, and that dragon is nowhere to be found. Outside of this shady activity, Delana is not evil nor does she want to see any dragon die. After all, she upholds the Plague values of survival by any means necessary as well as the improvement of the self to bolster this survival rate.Sometimes this push for survival just ends up being messy and goes wrong, being an example of what not to do next time around.
