█ 		An astronomer like Zorya, Ateret spends less time studying the specifics of the stars and their locations, and more learning about their power and impact on Sornieth. To Ateret, the affect celestial bodies can have upon each other is the most curious and fascinating of subjects, and he has often been heard wishing for just a few minutes with which to talk to the Arcanist.
██The other members of Clan Lanos might be more inclined to aid Ateret in his quest to speak to the youngest god if it were not for Ateret's unfortunate additional interest in artificing. After acquiring a companion comet during his first Starfall Celebration, Ateret has made it his hobby to "bring life to the lifeless" - an alarming goal for anyone, let alone a dragon that idolizes the Arcanist. Fortunately, his experiments have never gotten very far, and artificing remains only a hobby and not an obsession.
