Midnight was born a princess, and was constantly smothered in love and praise. But she kept feeling as though she wasn’t enough. Despite her mother only ever saying good things, midnight knew she had an issue. Midnight had Tourettes. She luckily didn’t have many vocal tics, but she had plenty physical ones. Because Tourette syndrome is so uncommon among dragons, there wasn’t much they could do. There was no research on it. At first they didn’t even know what it was. They called in healers from all over until one of them could explain what was happening. When she first meet evergreen she was at the healers den, for a weekly check in. Evergreen had just got back from the coliseum and was having his wounds treated they spoke while they waited and found themselves good friends. They started to hang out more, and the became very close. One night they were over at evergreen’s cave when a tic attack began. Midnight feared evergreen wouldn’t want to be around her like this. These attacks made ever her mother uncomfortable. But he stayed with her until it was over and then brought her something to drink and a puff pastry (her favorite). She likes to claim that was the day she fell in love with him. Four years later and she proposed. They now live happily in the summer palace. Midnight is a nervous dragon but knows when to speak her mind. Her nervousness seemingly melts away around her husband, so he often accompanies her to court and other functions.
