Aratharnya urged Mirvana to accompany her on their migration from Wind flight to Dragonhome, but did not confess her attraction to the Mirror until they had settled in. Both have taken on the more aggressive atmosphere of their new clan and honed their skills as warriors.

It is with some reluctance that they have accepted assignment to different battle teams however, as Ymel is critical of the fact that they both tend to charge headlong at a foe and the Ridgeback's spines could accidentally injure her mate in a melee. She makes up for it by sneaking away the choicest tidbits of meat for Mirvana before her teammates stake their claims to the loot. Fortunately, they are more prone to retaliation by stealing other portions for themselves instead of confronting her, so all is equal in the end.
