The first thing you’ll notice about Yumeji is that they don’t behave much like an influencer. If anything, rather than an upbeat vibe, their energy is more of a benign chaos. They really prefer to keep to themself, and while they do make attempts at good cheer, they’re also pretty constantly tired and grouchy. Gossip is their forte, and they love to be in the know on everything… The question, of course, is how to define “everything”.

An Ultimate Viral Sensation sounds a lot like a vlogger or a TikToker, but Yumeji Vinh’s claim to fame isn’t nearly this impressive: their older sister just films and uploads videos of them sound asleep in really weird places. Roller coasters? Movie sets? There’s even one of an erupting volcano, which was probably edited, but they’ll tell. As a narcoleptic, Yumeji doesn’t really welcome the fame they’ve gotten from something they can’t help, but they do their best to take the attention in stride. Besides, there’s a meme going around of posting a picture of their face in reply to really boring or stupid replies, and they think that’s hilarious.
