INFO

Once a blacksmith, now a maker and repairman of pistols. He has a lot of growing to do, but it will never happen if he doesn't realize that the one he loves is poisonous for him.

Zedendoren hails from an Earth clan, but has long since moved on. He loved a Mirror dragon named Anfhar. Her recklessness in battle and her visions of the future made her seem like she could be felled by no one: she was powerful, clever, and always seemed to come out on top. However, Zedendoren felt pressured to serve her, for though he is skilled at his trade, he was never much of a fighter. His affinity with the magics of the forge did not impress his love, and when an opportunity arose to use him to her gain, she did so.

Abandoned, framed for a crime he had not committed and heartsick, Zed resigned himself to his fate, and spent many weeks trapped in a prison cell, whilst a council of Snapper elders discussed the matter of what to do with him. He was so long without food that he began to experience strange hallucinations, which eventually became a vision of their own.

He felt as though he had been visited by the Windsinger himself, and beheld a faraway and beautiful land with gently swaying grasses and defenseless hatchlings. It seemed to Zedendoren that a terrible darkness was heading for the hatchlings, and in his vision he knew that he must go to them, lest they perish. Too weak to fight his way free, Zedendoren bided his time until the guards came to collect him and bring him before the tribunal to mete out his punishment. Anfhar was nowhere to be seen, and indeed, all seemed somewhat hopeless-- until he spotted a small passageway through which he might fit. Zedendoren broke free of the guards' magics, ran through the labrynthine prison's halls, and only returned to the hidden passage once he had lost the guards on his trail.

Zedendoren fled the Earthshaker's domain to the lands of the Windsinger, seeking to join a clan that would respect his talents as an artisan, and accept him for who he was. In the plateaus of the Zephyr Steppes, he has found peace as he never knew when he was beholden to Anfhar.
