Monty's familiar was dragged back from the Golem Workshop by the clan's fighters as a non-functional piece of junk they assumed he could use for scrap metal and parts; instead, he took it apart and re-built it over time with sturdier armour, newer electronic components, and customized programming. The dragons who had to take it down the first time around aren't too happy about a smarter and stronger version roaming around their territory, but Monty is quite pleased with his work.
