    Akihiko's goal is a mystery to so many people that it's practically become an urban legend amongst his clanmates. Not that he socializes with them much to begin with- he doesn't fancy others' company- but the little times that he HAS met up with others, they've always noted his analytic eyes scanning them and their surroundings meticulously, almost boring into their skulls with the intensity of a an industrial drill.

    Now, returning back to the rumors: Akihiko has heard practically every version there is about what others think his "true goal" is. He doesn't quite appreciate how they're making light of his goals, but he's never spoken up about it, either- Mainly because he can't be bothered to waste time on such nonsense. The various rumors have gone from bad to worse and from ridiculous to downright bizarre, and none have (as of yet) gotten close to the actual reality of things (which he's happy for, as he doesn't want any meddling dragons poking their noses where they're not wanted).

    So...What IS Akihiko's goal? What's the deal with this supposed "Prince", and why is he so secretive about his plans? Why is he so reclusive?

    Perhaps it's got to do with how he slinks away in the dead of night, his red scales blending in perfectly with the scarred wastelands, like a living corpse. Perhaps it's to do with his quiet whispers before bed, a pseudo-prayer full of powers unknown and a rhythm only he can hear. Perhaps...

    But we'll never know until he's finished.
