Cairn Stone Sales Dragon
Okay, so Caisson grew up in Dragonhome, spent a lot of time with sturdy, straightforward dragons more intent on preserving history than creating it. This sometimes exasperated her enough that she would need to take breaks from the living and go observe the burial grounds in the Cairnestone Rest. She found things peaceful there, where the dead were laid to rest, at least in the places where the dead outnumbered the living. She liked to walk around and look at the markers, see who was remembered in stone and for what reasons, if any were given. It was while she was going around one of the many tunnels that she came across a Light dragon making stone rubbings of some ancient etched cairns. They struck up a conversation about long dead dragons and what might have been worth remembering and what probably wasn't when the dragon brought up a point Caisson had never thought of before. Who offered dragons in other realms stones to remember their dead? After several months of preparations, Caisson left Dragonhome with a dream to deliver a means to remember the dead. She traveled lair-to-lair to see if there were any dragons interested in having a memorial stone made. There were enough interested that she was able to live off her sales. How she ended up in this lair is a long story, too long really. But needless to say, she's discovered the dragons here aren't all that interested in preserving the memories of the dead. In fact, most of the dragons she's spoken with scoff at her, even the ones that aren't originally from the Wasteland. She's now determined to change their minds, but it's proving rather difficult. To start off with, she's decided to ask the ghosts lingering in the area what their opinions of cairn stones are, and if they would be interested in having some etched with their names and any details of their lives they could remember. The only problem is that she can't see the ghosts, so she has to talk to them through Spider, who isn't really amused by this turn of events.
