B I O G R A P H Y

Vega was born special, well not really, it's better to put it as unusual. She was born between a Skydancer and a Pearlcatcher. She was different from the beginning because she was born with the exceptionally rare primal eyes. They have always been considered as sort of a blessing from the respective deity. She never really saw herself as special, but others did. Her family and other acquaintances had high expectations for her. Though she on her own found interest in magic and wanted to become a powerful spellcaster. Once she reached the age of a teenager she applied to an academy for mages and spellcaster to hone her skills. She always spent a lot of time on her studies, even if it sometimes seemed like she was bored, she was just that much focused. She never really made any friends, but remained on friendly terms with the most.

The queen of their kingdom was looking for a talented mage at the time for their needs of ruling the kingdom and after Vega finished her studies she was personally given the offer by the queen herself. After putting in so much effort into her skills, Vega gladly accept the position and became the castle's mage. She helped with various things such as advising the spellcasters responsible for kingdom's protection, studying any suspicious usage of magic within the kingdom or new discoveries about it, as well as using her magic to tend to any needs around the castle. She is still quite young and even though it's hard to believe, still has a lot of room to expand. It didn't take her long to become good friends with one of the queen's sons Azar. He was interested in her magical abilities and she decided to teach him. He became not only a good friend of hers but also a capable apprentice.

Once she and the others found out about Pyro's planned attack and dealt with it successfully, they got lured into a desert where Vega got to compete against another oponent named Eurynome who was powerful in magical abilities. Vega's side ended up winning and they recruited her into their ranks. She and her powers of the blessing of Arenji fascinated Vega and she wanted to study her and find out more.

Not too long after that another mage had joined the castle staff, Ruby. There were quite a few mysteries surrounding him, and Vega didn't really like having to share her workspace with someone else. With time though, she had warmed up to him and the two became close, eventually becoming lovers. The two planned to move into the city to settle down and perhaps start a family, so Vega took up a promising apprentice, Gallixi. After the great war in the kingdoms was over, she deemed her ready to take over her position. And so they did as they planned, moving into a cozy cottage where they now reside.

_Personality_

____Vega never was the most social dragon within the group, but it never meant she didn’t have anything to say. She was someone who mostly was to herself and those she is close with are the only exception to that. She didn’t enjoy school as much as the academy since the classes tended to be more quiet at the academy. She hated a lot of noise. It made it harder to focus and could make her pretty annoyed. It was difficult to make her lose her temper. She mostly reacted to things neautrally.

____Even once she moved into the castle for her new position she still preferred the silence and would retreat to her private study for most of the time. After the tragic incident, there were a lot less of the staff around and there was much more peace and quiet. That helped her become closer with everyone around that was left since there weren’t many of them and become more social. She was raised polite and respectful, which she is, but she still didn’t lack sharp words or to make occasional jokes. Sometimes she may come off as grumpy or like she doesn't care, and a lot of time it is exactly that.

____After she met Ruby she had become more social, more kind. She never felt about someone like that before. It was like her eyes were opened to a whole new world. They both shared a love for science of magic, which made their bond even stronger.

_Daily life_

____She was close with everyone, but it wouldn’t be a common sight to spot her around the castle as most of the time she would be in her private study reading, studying or practising something. Even though their cook and barista Jasper would be long asleep, she would go for a night time cup of coffee every night as she always planned to stay up late.

____Other than that, she wouldn’t really show herself unless the queen or someone else in the castle had requested so. Since she arrived at the castle she also has gotten used to sleeping in till noon. It would be hard to make her get up earlier unless necessary. Before the incident, she always had some spare time to train Azar in the late afternoon, but that hasn’t been the case for about a year now and she used that time to either continue with whatever she was occupied with that day or give herself some free time to relax near the fireplace in her study.

____Once Ruby had entered her life she spent most of the time with him, went out more and stopped sleeping in so late. The two would either read books or work on some kind of magic or potion experiment. Since they moved into the city and left their positions in the castle they also took up gardening to grow their own ingridients.
