Vaccinia

Vaccinia never really leaves his home, a high outcropping on the side of a cliff with a hidden entrance. He can monitor all of the Scarred Wasteland through his many eyes, windows to every corner and edge of the plague domain. His spectral arms can reach through said windows, and get him any supplies he needs. When he isn't monitoring, which is almost never, he may sit down to write. Usually it's poetry, but on the rare occasion he'll write stories. It's a common theory that his poems and stories are based on the things he observes while monitoring.
